Hi this is my first blog, 2014 will be my year of change. Bit enthusiastic but I have tried countless times to create a blog so I thought the new year can bring on a new hobby. I would say I will try to post regularly but lets be relistiac here, so if I don't blog on that certain day, I am either, ill, busy or just plain lazy.
Quite a few of you will want to know about me so here is my most hardest challenge yet, who am I? I am a girl of a certain age, I love my two cats (Freddie and Trixie) and where I live. I live in the oldest house ever (slightly exaggerating) which is freezing. As I'm the youngest I have the smallest room but some how I have managed to cram everything in there.
I love vintage and everything to do with it, I am a regular on Ebay, my local charity shops and the recycling center trying to find something worth while. I have an everlasting Camera collection (13) and a beautiful typewriter which I love to pieces because it was one of my bargains. I have a lot of old/retro furniture like my 1950's dressing table(which takes up most my room) and my beautiful gold throw over for my bed. I also have quite a few old books and pictures.
I have a passion for nursing, beauty and animals. I volunteer in a disability charity and help out a local mum whom has just had triplets. I know it isn't money making jobs but if it is my passion it makes everything much more worthwhile. I also love photography and music.I go to all these breath taking places just so I can take a couple of photos. I am also a singer, I don't know whether I am a good one or not but some how I am on my 5th grading (3 more to go) so I must be doing something right.
